Introducing our range of courses and training
The courses we provide appeal to people at various stages of their professional learning journey. Our Mental Health and Wellbeing, and Assist courses enhance the knowledge and skills of those working directly with children, young people, and adults in management, professional, teaching, or supportive roles. Our COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills fulfils an essential entry requirement for further study in becoming a counsellor/psychotherapist or enhances communication skills in existing roles. Our Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy working with CYP and Adults leads to becoming a fully qualified counsellor. Lastly, our CPD courses enhance the expertise of those in the helping professions that are required to engage in continuous learning on an annual basis.
S.M.I.L.E. Counselling
Furthermore, S.M.I.L.E. Counselling was founded by our CEO Declan Harrigan in 2015 to provide counselling and psychotherapy to children and young people, both in the local community and in schools. Our vision for the counselling aspect of the organisation is to make counselling and psychotherapy accessible to children and young people regardless of gender identity, culture, background, and socio-economic status.
