CPD

We cover a wide range of topics, from understanding and treating PTSD and C-PTSD to suicide awareness, safeguarding responsibilities, and workplace wellbeing strategies. With a strong focus on trauma-informed practice, our mental health and wellbeing training ensures participants understand not just the “what” but also the “why” behind mental health challenges, and how to respond with both confidence and compassion.

Need something more specific? No problem. We also offer bespoke CPD events, customised to your Organisation’s needs. Because training should feel like it’s worth the time, effort, and investment.

Continuous Personal / Professional Development

Continuous personal and professional development (CPD) is a core aspect of maintaining and advancing professional standards. As a counsellor or psychotherapist, you’ll have made a commitment to the professional body you belong to, which requires you to engage in CPD activities each year. This typically includes attending at least one workshop annually, ensuring that your skills stay sharp, and your practice remains up to date.
