EMMA NICHOLS BSc (Hons), MA, and DipHE – Emma is a qualified Person-centred counsellor and is trained to work with adults and young people and has spent the last 2 years as a School Counsellor. Emma will be teaching on our Diploma and COSCA Certificate courses.
Emma has worked for over 10 years in education as a psychology teacher and gained her Master in Education in 2014. She has a passion for education and learning and for equipping people with the skills they need to be able to accomplish their goals.
Emma moved to Scotland in 2018 with her family and began studying for the person-centred diploma in counselling, which led to her being able to work with young people and support them within schools to build their self-esteem and resilience.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys spending time with her family, reading and baking as well as walking the family Beagle (Dexter) with her husband and daughter.
